Our Process

Our custom faux flower solution starts at $1,600 and requires a minimum lead time of 3 months to ensure every detail is perfect.

Please note that custom orders are for purchase only, not rent-and-return. Shipping across Canada is available for an additional fee.

  • Step 1: Consultation and Discovery Call

    To start, an initial consultation and discovery call is set up to understand your vision and needs. During this call, we can show you products and single stems while discussing your preferences.

    This step is complimentary.

  • Step 2: Proposal

    Based on our discussion, a proposal outlining the scope and deliverables, which includes the types and quantities of the products you may need is shared with you. To proceed with the next step, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.

  • Step 3: Initial Mood Board and Stem Selection

    Next, we’ll present an initial mood board that blends your vision with our ideas, along with stem selections, to give you a visual preview of your floral arrangements.

  • Step 4: Fine-Tuning and Approval

    The mood board and stem selections will be fine tuned based on your feedback. Once you are happy with the direction, we'll proceed to the next step.

  • Step 5: Flower Arrangement Mockup

    We'll create a mockup of your bridal bouquet (or another product) to ensure it meets your expectations. Once this product is approved by you, we match the arrangements of the other products to the mockup.

  • Step 6: Final delivery

    Finally, all the deliverables will be provided to you for your special event!

Total Investment

Our custom floral arrangements are designed to meet your unique needs, starting at $1,600. The exact cost and deliverables will vary based on your preferences, the scope of your event, and any additional services you choose to include.

  • Up to three meetings (occurs at step 1, 3, 5)
  • Up to two mood board revisions
  • Up to two mock-up revisions
  • Unlimited quote revisions (if you are expanding the scope of work)
  • Unlimited communication throughout the planning stages (via email)

What costs extra?

Here are other services that can be included in the costs at an additional charge:

  • Hourly rate for extra meetings beyond the initial three: $75/hour
  • Set up and removal services
  • Extra products outside the agreed scope
  • Delivery (within Edmonton)- starts at $100 per location
  • Delivery (surrounding areas)- starts at $150 per location
