Custom Order Agreement

By placing a custom order with Bloom & Borrow Decor Rental Inc., the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed, comprehended, and accepted the terms outlined below.

Custom Order Details

Bloom & Borrow Decor Rental Inc. offers custom faux floral arrangements tailored to your unique needs. Custom orders are for purchase only and start at $1,600. A minimum lead time of four months is required to ensure every detail is perfected.

Consultation and Process

  1. Consultation and Discovery Call:
    • An initial consultation and discovery call will be scheduled to understand the customer’s vision and preferences. This complimentary step includes a review of the clients mood board and the option to see the faux flower products and single stems in-person.
  2. Proposal:
    • Following the consultation, a proposal will be provided outlining the scope of work, deliverables, and costs. To proceed, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.
  3. Proposed Solution and Stem Selection:
    • Bloom & Borrow Decor Rental Inc. will create a proposed solution of faux flower products and present stem selections to visually represent the floral arrangements.
  4. Fine-Tuning and Approval:
    • The stem selections and proposed plan will be adjusted based on customer feedback. Once finalized, approval will be required to proceed further.
  5. Mockup Creation:
    • A mockup of the bridal bouquet (or another key product) will be created for customer approval. All subsequent arrangements will align with the approved mockup.
  6. Final Delivery:
    • Upon completion, the custom arrangements will be delivered or available for pickup, as per the agreed terms. Shipping across Canada is available for an additional fee.

Payment Terms

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure materials and to initiate the design process.
  • The remaining balance must be paid prior to delivery or pickup. Orders will not be released until full payment is received.

Included Services

The following services are included in the base cost of your custom order:

  • Up to three meetings (Steps 1, 3, and 5)
  • Up to two mood board revisions
  • Up to two mockup revisions
  • Unlimited quote revisions (for expanded scope)
  • Unlimited communication during the planning stages (via email)

Additional Costs

The following services are available at an additional charge:

  • Extra meetings beyond the initial three: $75/hour
  • Setup services
  • Additional products outside the agreed scope
  • Delivery (within Edmonton): Starts at $100 per location
  • Delivery (surrounding areas): Starts at $150 per location

Product Variations

All custom arrangements are handcrafted, and minor variations in color, size, and design are to be expected. Customers acknowledge and accept these differences as inherent to the handmade process.

Ownership and Responsibility

Once delivered or picked up, the customer retains full ownership of the custom arrangements. Bloom & Borrow Decor Rental Inc. is not responsible for any damage, misuse, or deterioration of the arrangements after this point.

Delivery and Pickup

  • Customers may pick up their arrangements or arrange for delivery at an additional cost. Delivery charges vary based on location and will be discussed during the planning process.
  • For deliveries, customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the arrangements at the agreed time.

By placing a custom order, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this agreement.
