Checkout Your Order
Please review our rental agreement before placing your order. During checkout, you can choose between pickup and delivery. Your order is confirmed upon placement and is fully refundable up to 90 days before your event.

Rent & Return
For orders over $300, a damage deposit is applied at checkout. After your event, kindly repackage and return the rentals within the rental period. Your damage deposit will be refunded within five business days upon returning the rental products.

What is the difference between premium silk flowers and 'Real touch' flowers?
We use both in our arrangements to get that just-right blend of beauty and realism.
- ‘Real Touch’ flowers are coated in a soft, flexible finish that feels like real petals — perfect for adding that freshly-picked magic.
- Premium silk flowers have a smooth, elegant look that photographs beautifully and brings timeless charm.
Each has its strengths, and together, they help our blooms look incredibly lifelike from every angle — no wilting required.
How long can I rent your products?
You have the option to rent our products for a maximum of five days. The minimum rental duration is one day. Please keep in mind that the rental price remains constant regardless of the duration you select.
How far in advance should I book?
Our rentals are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. You can reserve your faux flowers up to 30 days in advance, but we recommend reaching out at least 4-5 months ahead to give us the best chance to secure your dream florals.
That gives us time to check inventory, chat about your vision, and make sure everything fits your vibe perfectly.

How does payment and damage deposit work?
To secure your rentals, full payment is required at the time of placing the order. For orders that are $300 and above, a $300 damage deposit will be automatically applied at checkout. For orders that are $300 and under, this deposit is waived. The deposit may be retained in the event of late return or damage to the flowers.
Upon the end of your rental, your damage deposit will be returned to you (if there are no damages or missing products) within five business days.
What happens if I lose items or it gets damaged during my rental?
We know accidents can happen. If something gets lost or damaged beyond repair during your rental, we'll charge you three times the item's rental price. We also understand normal wear during events—like minor stains, worn petals, or small flower breakages. Our goal is to evaluate wear and tear case by case. We're committed to being transparent and fair. If you have questions about our products or policies, just ask.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We get it — life happens, timelines shift, and sometimes the unexpected pops up. While we do our best to keep things flexible, here’s how our policy works so we can balance beauty, logistics, and a smooth rental experience:
Cancellation policy
We kindly ask for 90 days’ notice if you need to cancel your order.
- You’ll receive a full refund — no hard feelings.
- Unfortunately, your order becomes non-refundable at that point. Even if you booked within that window, the policy still applies.
Why? We prep our blooms well in advance and reserve items just for you — and last-minute changes are tough to rebook.
Rescheduling policy
Need to change your date? We’ll do our best to accommodate, but it depends on what’s available when. The earlier you reach out, the better we can make it work.
Changing items in your order?
Please send any product updates to general@bloomandborrow.ca at least 90 days before your event so we have time to adjust everything just right.
Can I see the faux flowers?
Absolutely! We offer a free, no-pressure consultation — in person or over video — so you can see (and feel!) our faux flowers for yourself. Whether it’s Real Touch or premium silk, we believe once you get a closer look, you’ll see just how lifelike and lovely they really are.
How does delivery or pick up work?
We offer delivery and pick-up in Edmonton, Sherwood Park, St. Albert, and Leduc for a flat $80 fee — this covers both drop-off and return, as long as your items have the same rental duration.
Need items for different timeframes? Each one will have its own $80 delivery fee.
Delivery windows:
- 6–9 PM
- 10 AM–2 PM
Prefer to pick up for free? That’s an option too — we’ll share the address closer to your date.
Once your order is confirmed, we’ll coordinate everything with you via email.
Outside our area or in Calgary? Delivery may still be possible — just reach out and we’ll let you know!
Do you have late fees?
Need a little more time? We get it — but here’s how it works:
- late fee (up to 3 days) if items aren’t returned on time.
- day 4, we assume the florals are gone for good — and a replacement fee (4x the rental price, minus late fees up to $300) will apply.
We’ll send an invoice for any fees due, and we’re always here to chat if something unexpected comes up. Just keep us in the loop!
Do you offer custom faux flower arrangements?
We don’t build custom florals from scratch, but we can tweak our preset collections just for you. Customized pieces are buy-only and priced separately from our standard rentals.
